Shipping Costs

United States

Shipping costs are included in the the kit price.

International:

We'll gladly ship to addresses outside the USA. The cost for this service is stated on the kit catalog page.

In some cases, we can pack two or three kits into one box for shipping. There's no charge for this service, and it will save you the extra shipping fees. Please contact us for specific information.

We use the US Post Office for all international shipments. Although the USPS generally quotes 4 to 10 days delivery, we find that shipments are taking 30 or more days to arrive. If you are not prepared to wait at least 30 days for your kit to arrive, please let us know and we'll quote FedEx International Shipping for you.

Insurance

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENT

In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, you must follow the procedures below in order to receive compensation.

Damaged Shipment

If you receive a damaged shipment, YOU must immediately notify YOUR POST OFFICE. YOUR POST OFFICE MUST file a report of damage with the United States Postal Service.

If YOUR POST OFFICE will not file a report of damage with the United States Postal Service, then we cannot file an insurance claim.

When we receive a copy of the damage report, we will file a claim with the US Postal Service. As soon as the US Postal Service accepts the claim, we will ship a replacement kit or parts.

We will not ship replacement parts or kits until the US Postal Service accepts the claim. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Lost Shipment

If you do not receive a shipment within 21 days (US) or 45 days (international), you must send WarbirdKits.com a signed statement that you did not receive the shipment. We must have this statement in order to file an insurance claim. We will not reimburse lost shipments without a signed statement on file. NO EXCEPTIONS!
